A redesigned floor plan improved flow and balance in the living room. Working with ED/IT Interiors, we designed a custom fireplace and media wall that provide a stunning focal point. fluted panelling, brass details and light wood tones elevate the design into seamlessly blending with new aesthetic. Properly scaled furnishings—including a spacious sectional—make the room feel open and larger while remaining cozy and comfortable.
In the dining room, new drapery transformed the atmosphere, adding a soft, elegant backdrop that enhances the natural textures and tones throughout. The original red oak floors, a classic feature of River Heights homes, were sanded and finished with a custom stain to mimic white oak. The result is a fresh, refined base that unifies the design and brightens the entire space.
